partprobe

4. Execute qemu-kvm

This can be used: 1 vnc access

5. Turn off the firewall
pnputil.exe -a cyourdriver.inf

6. Manually set IP
IP: 63.141.xx
Gateway: 63.141.xx
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.252

7. Even so, RDP cannot be used.
