Release a self-modified WordPress theme based on Blix with tabs

I love the WordPress theme of Boiling Fish because it is fresh and elegant, but he did not release it and just said it was adapted from Blix.
I am not talented, but I have beautified and modified the Blix theme according to my own needs, as follows:
1. The width is changed to 790 to facilitate the placement of Google Adsense.
2. The page turning has been beautified.
3. The homepage has been beautified.
4. The home page and content page call different sidebars.
5. Translated some pages.
6. Added custom menu.
7. Compatibility: It works fine under Chrome, but seems not perfect under IE. Waiting for an expert to solve it.
