Google's Free Email—Google Apps

Google's Free Email—Google Apps

Latest news: Google Apps only provides 10 mailboxes to free users since May 10, 2011. Currently, it provides 50 mailboxes. Friends who need Google corporate mailboxes please apply as soon as possible!
Google Apps is an enterprise post office service launched by Google. It can help you easily establish a [email protected] group enterprise post office. It adopts the powerful Gmail system and has paid and free versions. The free enterprise post office provides up to 50 mailboxes, and the storage space of a single mailbox is 7.577528GB (which is constantly increasing like Gmail). It fully supports WEB, POP3, SMTP, IMAP4, and WAP for sending and receiving emails. In addition to corporate mailboxes, Google Apps also provides comprehensive services such as instant messaging, calendars, online documents, websites, etc.

Application Notes:
The education version of Google Apps is only available to non-profit schools, which need to submit detailed supporting documents. If you cannot provide qualified documents, you will still be unable to apply for the free version.
Google Apps currently does not accept applications for CN domain names.
It seems that Google Apps still does not accept Chinese users at present, but you can choose other countries as your country.
If you want to use a corporate email account, you must first verify the domain name. Click "Verify Domain Ownership" at the top of the page and select a verification method. If you have a website with your domain name, uploading an HTML file for verification is more convenient and quicker. Otherwise, you can only set up a CNAME alias for verification. Google Apps has already written it in detail, so I won't go into details. After submitting the verification, your account page will display "We are verifying domain name ownership. It may take 48 hours to complete this process." The DNS resolution speed of each domain name service provider is different. If it is fast, it will only take a few minutes.
While you are waiting, you can set up your domain name MX record. Click "Activate Email" and there will be detailed instructions. Just follow the instructions. However, Google uses American service providers as an example, which may confuse you. To put it simply, just set an MX record with a priority of 10 to point to ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM. (If it is different from the address given to you by Google Apps, please refer to the MX server address of Google Apps). After setting up, click the "I have completed these steps" button, and then you will see "Updating... We are checking the MX records for your domain. This process may take 48 hours to complete." How long it takes depends on the DNS server resolution speed of your domain name service provider. It may only take a few minutes, and generally it can be used within 1 hour.
The address of the enterprise post office management panel is: http://www.google.com/a/your domain name. You can add, modify, and delete mailboxes, and make various settings such as accounts and domain names.
Email login address: http://mail.google.com/a/your domain name This is the same email system as Gmail, which can send and receive emails and modify and set up various functions.
