Test how to improve adsense click-through rate in article websites

How to improve adsense in article websites?
This site is testing the click-through rates of different ad styles and colors in different locations.
The homepage mainly has a 728*90 style advertisement (picture and text) at the top of the page
List page: There are no adsense ads, only 2bj ads. I have placed adsense ads on this page before, but there was no click-through rate.
Content page: This is where adsense has the highest click-through rate. The homepage places 336*280 style ads on the top right of the article and at the bottom of the related articles, and 160*600 ads on the right.
It is currently being tested and the test results will be released later.
Note:
The color of the advertisement should be consistent with the tone of the article.
