CloudFlare's DNS 1.1.1.1 and the new free CloudFlare WARP and paid WARP+

CloudFlare's custom DNS service has been available for several years and is generally not very popular in China.

The updated version 3.0 has added the WARP service, which allows you to browse some foreign information.

The free WARP only allows 100M of traffic, while the paid WARP+ has unlimited traffic and costs US$5 per month, but it needs to be purchased through Google Play (not in the domestic market).
