Windows Remote Desktop Vulnerability Notice and How to Install the Security Patch

Microsoft released an important security bulletin (Windows RDP Remote Code Execution High-Risk Vulnerability) on May 14, 2019, revealing that its operating system Remote Desktop Services, commonly known as the 3389 service, has a serious security vulnerability (numbered CVE-2019-0708).
