ZStack: Free Cloud Computing IaaS

1. ZStack Introduction :
ZStack is the next generation open source cloud computing IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) software. It is mainly aimed at future intelligent data centers, and manages various data center resources including computing, storage and networking by providing complete APIs. Users can build their own intelligent data center based on ZStack, or build flexible cloud application scenarios on top of the stable ZStack, such as VDI (virtual desktop infrastructure), PaaS (platform as a service), SaaS (software as a service), etc. It only takes 5 minutes for users to easily download and install the ZStack cloud environment on a Linux machine. Following ZStack's user tutorial, it only takes 30 minutes to deploy a simple cloud computing environment and complete the creation of a cloud host.

2. Installation of ZStack :
Only supports CentOS 7 and Ubuntu 14.04.

One-click installation :

 wget -O zstack-installer.bin http://download.zstack.org/releases/1.8/1.8.0/zstack-installer-1.8.0.bin sudo bash zstack-installer.bin -a

Installation package : ZStack installation image download version list

Officially recommended configuration :
CPU: >= 4 cores Intel/AMD CPUs supporting VT-x or SVM
Physical memory: >= 8G
Remaining disk space: >= 250G
Operating system: CentOS 7.2+

ZStack's one-click installation package will install the following software :
Apache Tomcat 7 and zstack.war
ZStack web GUI
ZStack command line tool zstack-cli
ZStack management tool zstack-ctl
MySQL database (the Installer will set the MySQL root user password if the user has not set it in advance)
RabbitMQ server message bus
NFS Server
Apache HTTP Server

3. Usage Tutorial :
Default login address: ip:5000
The default username and password are admin/password respectively.
