Google Reader Alternatives

I'm currently looking for an alternative to Google Reader, and I have the following requirements:
1. Support computer (at least support Windows system)
2. Support mobile terminals (Android must be supported, IOS and other systems are not important)
3. Batch import Google Reader RSS lists
4. It is best to subscribe to something that requires a VPN. From the current situation, there are several options:
1. Feedly: Looking at it now, it is the most perfect one. I tried it and it's pretty good, but Android doesn't seem to have a list mode, which is not very convenient if there is a lot of content.
2. Xianguo: Supports importing Google Reader, which is pretty good in China.
3. QQ Reading Space: on the left side of the QQ mailbox, but there is no mobile version.
