Recommended 3G wireless router with battery, card slot

I recently bought a Nexus 7. I often go outdoors, so I'm considering a wireless router with the following requirements: a battery (for use when there's no power or for emergency charging of mobile phones, etc.), preferably one that can directly insert a card (saving the need for a wireless network card and having a small size), and a 3G wireless router.
After searching on JD.com, Taobao, Google, etc., the following products meet the requirements:
1. ZTE AC30 (US version)
Supports China Telecom 2G/3G, China Unicom 2G/3G, China Mobile 2G three-in-one, 1500 mAh battery, price around 300
2. Colec CL-998
Supports China Telecom and China Unicom 3G, battery 1800 mAh
3. U3A, U2M and other series (I don’t think I’ve heard of this brand)
Supports China Telecom and China Unicom 3G, and these two models seem to be the only ones with 1500 mAh battery. Both are good. The others only support one network operator.
