Your Gender:
Birthdate: birthday (year, month, day)
Charity of your Choice: Pick whatever you want

Then, add the domain name.
Click Add Domain, add a domain name, such as love8.org, and select the domain expiration time.
After that, click Edit DNS Info behind the domain name that needs to be edited, and click [DNS Wizard]:
