Understanding of Google PR and Baidu weight

In Aiba’s understanding, Baidu weight and Google PR are the same thing, both are evaluations of websites (web pages).
But judging from the results obtained from different query tools, there are still big differences between the two.
Aiba’s PR value is now 3, but Baidu’s weight is 2 or 1 (the actual results of different tools are different). It seems that Google pays more attention to originality , while Baidu may pay more attention to keywords and traffic .
