How to contact Hostmonster for help

There are three main ways to contact Hostmonster:
one. Live chat
It is online chat, you can talk to their staff through their live chat software just like QQ. You don’t need to install software on your computer, just click the live chat button in the lower left corner of their page to get started:
In the first column, select the department you want to contact. Currently, only support and sales can be contacted via live chat. For general after-sales questions, please contact support, and for pre-sales consultation, please contact sales
If you select support, a specific project will appear. Select the one that is closest to your problem and fill in your name in the second column. Just type anything you want.
Your Question Enter your question. Don't use too many words. Briefly describe your problem. If detailed information is needed, they will ask you in the subsequent conversation. Tip: If it is a technical issue related to your hosting account, state your primary domain name in the question so that they can check it directly and reduce the conversation time.
two. Ticket
Now you can't contact hostmonster directly by email. Instead, you have to submit a ticket, which is integrated with the email system. After submission, you will receive an automatic reply to your email. After a while, you will receive their official reply. If the problem has not been resolved, you can reply to the email directly.

There are many departments to choose from on the page. Select the department that is closest to your question, click to enter, and fill in the information:

Body Enter your question and click send ticket in the lower right corner to go to the next page. This page prompts you to check their help content first to see if you can find your answer. Below are the answers you found based on your keywords. If the answer you need is there, you can just check it out and you don’t need to submit the question. Click cancel ticket to cancel the submission and click send ticket to continue submitting. You can add attachments on this page, such as screenshots of the problem, etc., to help them understand your problem. After adding, click send ticket to complete the submission. You can submit the question without adding any attachments. You will receive an automatic reply email in your mailbox. If you receive it, it means your question has been submitted successfully. Otherwise, please change the email address and submit again. Recommend using gmail
