4. Domain name mailbox use, management and adding users: https://biz.mail.ru/domains/who.edu.pl/users (change who.edu.pl to your own mailbox)
Set up administrator: https://biz.mail.ru/domains/who.edu.pl/admins (change who.edu.pl to your own mailbox)

5. Set up an independent secondary domain mailbox, such as mail.who.edu.pl
Add a CNAME record in the domain name settings:
Name: mail
Hostname: biz.mail.ru.

6. Email client settings
IMAP incoming mail server – imap.mail.ru;
IMAP connection ports – 143 and 993 (with SSL/TLS encryption);
POP3 incoming mail server – pop.mail.ru;
POP3 connection port – 995 (encrypted);
Outgoing mail server SMTP server – smtp.mail.ru;
SMTP connection port – 465 (encrypted);
