One-click installation and use of BBR revised version under Centos7

Only available for Centos7! OVZ is not supported.

It is said that it has been improved compared to the original BBR. Original BBR one-click installation: TCP acceleration: BBR one-click installation

1. CentOS 7 installs BBR revised version script with one click (automatically installs the kernel and enables it):

wget -N --no-check-certificate "https://github.com/cx9208/bbrplus/raw/master/ok_bbrplus_centos.sh" && chmod +x ok_bbrplus_centos.sh && ./ok_bbrplus_centos.sh

After installation, execute uname -r. If it shows 4.14.89, the kernel is successfully switched. Execute lsmod | grep bbr. If it shows bbrplus, it is successfully enabled.

2. Manually install BBR revised version in CentOS 7

Update the kernel and install
wget --no-check-certificate https://github.com/cx9208/bbrplus/raw/master/centos/x86_64/kernel-4.14.89-1.x86_64.rpm
yum install -y kernel-4.14.89-1.x86_64.rpm

Switch boot kernel
grub2-set-default 'CentOS Linux (4.14.89) 7 (Core)'

Enable
fq echo "net.core.default_qdisc=fq" >> /etc/sysctl.conf
bbrplus echo "net.ipv4.tcp_congestion_control=bbrplus" >> /etc/sysctl.conf

Final Restart
reboot
