1. PayPal old users refer to users who registered a PayPal personal account before July 23, 2021 (excluding that day).

2. The event period is from July 23, 2021 to October 15, 2021. You need to register for this event on the designated event page to enjoy the full amount cash back promotion.

3. During the event, any user who successfully registers and holds a PayPal personal account and uses a UnionPay card starting with 62 to successfully pay for goods or services at overseas merchants that support users to pay with PayPal personal accounts, and the single transaction amount is US$60 (or the equivalent in other foreign currencies), can receive a cash rebate of 15% of the transaction amount, with a maximum rebate amount of US$15.

4. During the event, each PayPal user can enjoy up to 3 cashback benefits . If you have multiple transactions, cashback will be made based on the order of transaction time and the previous three transactions.

5. The cashback amount will be returned to your PayPal personal account balance within 31 to 35 days after the transaction date, and the cashback currency is US dollars.

6. If an old PayPal user uses the cashback amount to make a purchase and a refund occurs, the cashback used will be returned to the balance of his PayPal account.

7. If any of the following circumstances occur to old PayPal users who participate in the event, their eligibility to participate and benefits will be cancelled, including but not limited to: violation of national laws and regulations, false or illegal transactions, freezing, suspension, cancellation and other abnormal status of the account participating in the event, as well as violations of relevant regulations and the rules of this event or participation in this event by abnormal means (including but not limited to cheating, malicious registration, stealing or impersonating other people's information to participate in the event, or other acts that are deemed to infringe the rights and interests of PayPal and other cardholders or any third party).
