Because SL suddenly cancelled the direct connection from SL to China without any prior notice, the problem was not resolved after repeated communications, and no compensation plan was provided, which directly led to a large number of users stopping renewal, causing our company to suffer a heavy loss of tens of thousands of yuan, which was enough to cause bankruptcy. Therefore, our company had to announce the suspension of server operations in the SL computer room.
The Singapore data center will stop service on April 11, and the Hong Kong data center will stop service on April 17. They can still be used normally before expiration. Users are requested to back up their data in time. The official website homepage will be closed from now on to prevent anyone from continuing to pay. The VPS control panel can continue to be used until the service is stopped. Although we have no money left (all paid for the computer room, but few people have renewed their contracts), we have no intention of walking away from here using this as an excuse. We have now tried our best to compensate users through loans. If we don't make any money, we will have to work hard to pay off our debts. So if there are any shortcomings, I hope you will understand and forgive me.

Refunds will be made to users who meet the following criteria:
1. Users who have paid after April 1 will be refunded within half a month.
2. If the remaining time exceeds 30 days, one month's fee will be refunded every 30 days (starting from the date of service termination).
3. Full refund for paid users within 48 hours.

Other user information will be sealed, and service will continue depending on the situation after SL restores direct connection.
