AMH 4.2 secondary development, support PHP5.4-5.6, fully automatic real-time switching

Updates
1. Upgrade nginx to 1.9.6, with the new version of nginx, openssl compiled 1.0.2d (for nginx only)
2. Support http/2 (currently under testing, the site conf file needs to be manually added to the configuration, refer to nginx.org)
3.Support stream reverse generation
4.Support nginx reverse generation and cache_purge (test function, configuration file needs to be manually)
5. Fix the error of pid path error and cannot start php after server restart
6. Some other bug fixes

Functions added: added php5.4 php5.5 php5.6, support free hot switching from php5.3 to php5.6. Each virtual host can be switched without switching the entire environment.

Others: Some server software versions have been upgraded.
