3 states of domain name blocking and solutions to redirect

There are three states of domain name blocking: A. Domain name is blocked, B. Domain name is intermittently blocked, C. IP is blocked.
A. Domain name blocked:
If the domain name can be pinged but the website cannot be opened (excluding server downtime), and it can be opened using a proxy, it generally means that the domain name has been blocked. If the website under the domain name contains a lot of illegal information, is sensitive, and is not rectified, it will be directly blocked by GFW. As a result, the domain name cannot be opened, but the resolution is normal. At this time, the domain name cannot be used in the country, but can be accessed and used abroad.
B. The domain name is blocked intermittently:
If it can be opened intermittently, and can be opened using a foreign proxy when it cannot be opened, it means that the domain name is blocked intermittently (of course, this situation may also be caused by unstable domestic DNS resolution)
If illegal information appears on a website under a domain name, it will be temporarily blocked, but can be opened again after a while. This is generally considered to be intermittent blocking. The solution is to delete sensitive information terms and keywords.
C.IP is blocked:
If ping fails, you can use a foreign proxy to open it, which generally means that the IP is blocked.
Note: Generally speaking, if your domain name resolution address is abroad, it will be blocked. If it is bound to a domestic IP, it will generally not be blocked.
1. If you find that a domain name is blocked, it is best to resolve it immediately and do not keep it on your server.
2. The domain name is blocked mostly because there are too many illegal keywords on the website, causing China's "Great Firewall" at the international exit to intercept the information of this domain name. Therefore, even if you change your domain name many times, there is still a risk of being blocked. The fundamental solution is to install a keyword blocking system on your server to block all sensitive words. This will effectively protect your site from being blocked again. If you do not install a keyword blocking system, you need to correct the website content and check whether the relevant keywords violate the regulations. If you cannot check it yourself, the best way is to redo the website to ensure that the domain name will not be blocked in the future.
3. How to determine whether a domain name is blocked: it cannot be accessed in the country, but can be accessed abroad. You can test it by using an online web proxy to access it.
4. Collateral impact of blocked domain names: After each visitor visits a blocked domain name, he or she will not be able to access other sites on the same IP address within 5-20 minutes. If the blocked domain name is always resolved to a certain IP, the entire IP will eventually be blocked. Here is the simplest solution:

Start-Run-Enter CMD, enter in DOS: ipconfig/flushdns, then restart, and it will be fine
