WordPress backup files and database plugin: BackUpWordPress

I have been worried about space issues recently, so backup has become a top priority.
I was planning to use ssh for automatic backup, but unfortunately I couldn't figure it out. Fortunately, AiBa is a WP blog, so I’ll look for a plug-in.
After searching for a while, I found a product that meets my requirements: BackUpWordPress

BackUpWordPress has the following features:

1. Easy to use
2. Fast backup
3. You can send the backup file to your email
4. Can run on Linux & Windows servers
5. Files you don’t want to back up can be excluded
6. You can back up files and databases, or choose to back up one of them .

Here are the backup instructions:

1. After enabling the plug-in in the background, there is a Backups under the tool options. Click to enter the settings page.
2. Click Settings to enter the settings page.
After backup, you can back up your backup files.
