I guess everyone knows Google Doc. Now I would like to introduce a computer synchronization software: Syncdocs. In this way, you can sync the changes made on your computer directly to the Google server without having to open the browser to upload. 1. Introduction to Syncdocs Official website: http://www.syncdocs.com/ Software language: English Supported systems: Windows XP/Vista/7
Syncdocs Tutorial The first thing to do after installation is to enter your Google account and password, including @gmail.com, and then check "I agree to terms of service" below.
Next, we will test whether your account connection is normal. A green check mark indicates that there is no problem. Click "Next" to proceed.
Next, please select the folder you want to sync Google documents with. There are two options at the bottom. The first one is whether to set the default opening program for office files such as doc/xls/ppt/odt to Google Docs, and the second one is to set Google Docs as the default opening program for pdf files.
This completes the settings. Next, your Google Docs files will be synchronized to the folder you set.
I immediately went to the folder we just set up to check, and it was almost synchronized. It felt like using Dropbox, which was really convenient.
By default, it starts up when the computer is turned on and remains in the lower right corner. We can right-click the icon in the lower right corner and select "Preferences" to set more items.
For example, if you want to manually open it for synchronization, do not check the option to start it at startup, and just open the program when you want to synchronize.
In addition, you can simulate your synchronized folders as a disk. Just check "Map a network drive letter to Google Docs" below and select a disk letter. It all depends on your personal usage habits. In principle, you don't need to make too many other settings. Just follow the default. If you are interested, you can study it in depth.
3. Syncdocs Download Click to download <br /> You can use Thunder, QQ Tornado, Kuaiche, etc. to download. Reprinted from: http://steachs.com/archives/1953 |
