How to use GAE+WallProxy to build a personal proxy server

1. Create an application on Google App Engine

1.1 Log in to Google code: http://code.google.com/intl/zh-CN/appengine/
1.2 Click the Sign Up button and go to: https://appengine.google.com/
1.3 Click Create an Application, enter your mobile phone number, click Send to confirm, and enter the verification code received on your mobile phone;
1.4 Enter the Create Program Details page and enter the Application Identifier and Application Title respectively;
1.5 The final application page: http://Application Identifier.appspot.com

2. Download the WallProxy resource package (GAE version, PHP version, client), upload the GAE version file to the newly created application

2.1 Download related tool software
2.1.1 Download WallProxy: http://code.google.com/p/wallproxy/downloads/list;
2.1.2 Download Python: http://www.python.org/download/ (This address has been blocked, but it doesn’t matter, you can download it from Sky)
2.1.3 Download Google App Engine SKD: http://code.google.com/intl/zh-CN/appengine/downloads.html
2.2 Upload files to GAE application
2.2.1 Open the installed Google App Engine SKD (i.e. GoogleAppEngineLauncher.exe in the program menu), open " File "-"Add Existing application" in the pop-up window, and add the path where the gae_server folder in the WallProxy software package is located;
2.2.2 Click "RUN" to run locally, and click "Browse" to browse the application;
2.2.3 Click "Edit", edit the app.yaml file, and change "your-gae-id" after application in the first line to the ID you just applied for;
2.2.4 Click "Deploy" to upload, and enter your email address and password in the pop-up dialog box;

3. Modify browser settings and start the client

3.1 Setting up the browser proxy
3.1.1 IE browser settings: "IE Properties" - "Internet Options" - "Connections" - "LAN Settings" - 127.0.0.1:8080;
3.1.2 Firefox browser settings: "Tools" - "Options" - "Advanced" - "Network" - "Settings" - "Manual proxy configuration" - set to 127.0.0.1:8080;
3.1.3 Opera browser settings: "Menu" - "Settings" - "Preferences" - "Advanced" - "Network" - "Proxy server" - set to 127.0.0.1:8080;
3.2 Setting up the local client
3.2.1 Start the WallProxy.exe file in the local folder of the WallProxy software package;
3.2.2 Click the "Settings" button, the "Settings" dialog box pops up, and modify your-gae-id in the URL of GAE_PROXY;
3.2.3 Click the "Start" button, Enjoy!
