1. Do I need phone verification when purchasing the US virtual host HostMonster?
Purchasing a HostMonster host generally does not require telephone verification.
2. Can I use a domestic bank card to purchase HostMonster hosting?
Currently, HostMonster only supports Paypal and credit card payments, so domestic debit card payments are not supported.
3. If you are not satisfied with HostMonster hosting, how do they refund you?
Contact HostMonster customer service directly. If you are in the United States, please call: (866) 573-4678. If you are in other regions, please call +1.801.765.9400 x 153 (note the extension number at the end); or contact customer service through Live Chat on the HostMonster website. Once you have contacted customer service, HostMonster will refund the unused amount based on your actual account usage (a full refund will be made within 30 days).
