How to use Paypal dispute to recover the money owed by the runaway merchant

Merchants often run away. If you use Paypal to pay, you can recover the outstanding amount through Paypal dispute within 180 days.

The following uses the now-travelled bigpowerhosting as an example.

1. Log in to Paypal, select the transaction record at the top, and find bigpowerhosting

2. Select a transaction and click Report a problem on the right.

3. Generally choose "The item I received is not as described"

4. Generally, a full refund is given. Just use Chinese for the description.

5. Just wait.
