vpsdime purchase failure and reasons and solutions

There was a big Christmas discount, so I bought one. After the success, vpsdime sent me an email:

Hi Guo,
Please provide a more accurate address, and a real postal code.

It seems to mean that the address is illegal and you need to provide the real address and zip code, but the address and zip code provided by Aiba is China, which is real. I don't know where vpsdime's judgment comes from.
Received a refund today.
It is recommended to use real information (or look at real information) when purchasing.
Solution: Send TK or email and change the information according to the instructions. I just changed the postcode.
